Design & Sampling
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Both, fully. Send a complete tech pack and we'll produce to spec (OEM), or send just a sketch or reference photo and we'll develop the pattern and design with you (ODM). Private label included.
Can I send my own designs?
Absolutely. A tech pack, a sketch, a reference photo, or even a sample garment — whatever you have, we can work from it.
How fast can you make a sample?
2–4 days from your design — so you can check quality and fit before placing a bulk order.
Do you make a sample before bulk production?
Yes, and we strongly recommend it. You approve the sample for quality and fit before full production begins — no surprises.
Can you add my own label or tag?
Yes. We support private labeling — custom labels, hang tags, and packaging to match your brand.
Orders & MOQ
What's your MOQ?
100 pieces per style/color for custom production, and 30 pieces for ready-made styles in stock.
Can I order multiple styles in one order?
Yes. You can mix multiple styles in one order, as long as each style meets its MOQ.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. There's no minimum dollar amount — orders are based on piece quantity (MOQ) only.
Production & Quality
What's your lead time?
Typically 7–15 days after sample approval, depending on order quantity.
What's your quality control process?
Every order goes through a full inspection before it leaves the factory, so you receive consistent, ready-to-sell goods.
Payment & Shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and other major methods — we'll confirm the best option for your order.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship globally by air (DHL, FedEx) or by sea, depending on your timeline and volume.
